Melanie is warm, friendly, super knowledgeable, and responds very quickly to messages. She frequently shares pictures and videos and it is very clear that these puppies are not only extremely well-cared for, but also loved and appropriately socialized to everyday life in a home environment. Melanie's recommendation of an outstanding training program was invaluable to us as we prepared our minds and home for our puppy. Her husband and son delivery team was excellent and hand-delivered our puppy with the greatest care. Spencer came to us with the most thoughtful, helpful care package, complete with a comforting blanket that smells like his mom and littermates.
